Highly recommend these guys. Furnace went out over the weekend and had new one up and running by Thursday! Our tech Charles did a great job with the install. Was on time, respectful of property, courteous, gave us updates throughout the day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Charles and Austin were punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They installed our company’s new furnace and we are very pleased. Charles was the tech who diagnosed/repaired our old furnace. I appreciated his transparency and that his goal wasn’t to sell a new furnace but to provide information. Thanks guys!
The Columbia NW Heating team is great. We have been using them for over 20 years. They recently replaced our heating system (Furnace and heat pump). They were great the during diagnosis, sales, and installation. Nick J. is one of the best heating/cooling technicians with whom I worked. It's impressive to see him working - fast and with purpose. Martin K. is a great salesperson who provided all the data I requested and helped me to get a very good system for a good price. Charles G. and Brad did an excellent installation job.
