Plumber that came out to shop got the job done. The chic in office must have selective hearing. She was told not to send plumber to house. The toilet was jammed up over at shop. Plumber was supposed to call me on his way out so I can meet him in town to follow me out to shop. Now my wife is involved and wondering what's going on with toilet. Thanks chic in office maybe next time you will do as told
We've had two different jobs done by NW Plumbing. We had new fictures in our upstairs bathroom put it. The larger job was a new shower stall in our downstairs bathroom. In both cases the work was done promptly, they cleaned up after themselves and their workers know their stuff. We are very happy with the results. Good communication and reasonable up-front pricing.
Savanah was so helpful to get a tech out to our house ASAP for a plumbing emergency. Wes was the tech, very prompt, friendly, professional and rectified the issue quickly. NW Plumbing will always be our first call in the future!! Highly recommend!!
