Plumb-Tech is dedicated to completing projects on time and within budget, keeping commitments. Customer service is second to none, and customers and contractors trust them. Highly professional and responsive, their quality of work, prices, and timeliness are awesome. The service is excellent, and the owner responded quickly. The jobs were handled professionally, going above and beyond to be helpful. They answered all questions, explained steps, and had suggestions, knowing the plumbing profession. They handled tension and questions well. Repeat customers recommend them to several people planning to be repeat customers too.
John sent his crew out last year to remedy a steady leak on my tub’s old hot water valve. New problems followed and John came out personally to try an advanced fix, explained things clearly and went above and beyond. Old clawfoot tub fixtures are not easy to fix! When we realized the whole apparatus needed replacing, he told me what to order and came back today to swap it out (shown). Speedy VIP service, communications, fair pricing all the way.
