“Called and spoke with a representative, she was very helpful. Asked if I could send photos of the damage and also the manufacturer. After sending photos I received a text back with a quote. A few days later after calling back to approve the repairs a tech called me to give me a date and time. We had repairs done on Wednesday December 24th, which I was surprised to get it done so quickly. The repair man Brandon was very professional in explaining what was being done. He did an excellent job also cleaned up after himself. Was given the bill and was surprised at the cost, was $200 less than the quote over the phone. We are very pleased with the results.“
