They came out quickly to give us a quote, discuss how our tree would be removed and the time it would take. The guys who came to do the work were extremely kind, did the work safely, and cleaned up really well after themselves. We are already planning what to call them back to do next! “5 stars is Not Enough for this Amazing Company!! Although this is the first time I've used this company, I will Absolutely use them for ALL of my future needs! I called many companies before finding Bartlett Tree Experts (my husband remembered them as Buena Vista Arborists, as he's heard Nothing but great things about them, so I finally called them). All of the other companies that I called before finding them, either never bothered calling me back, or couldn't help me out until "at least" next week. I had an apple tree fall on my electrical line to my Pump House. I have a boarding stable, so Obviously water is Extremely important! Michael came Right out and got a crew together for us right away. Simon, Tanner and Garrett were absolutely Amazing!! Extremely professional and efficient, as well as Very careful with All of my existing plants that I was trying to save!
