I've been going to this doctor's office for 9 years. Recently my PCP quit and I was not aware until the 8th of this month when I called to schedule an appointment. I had seen him before he quit while the office was newly under praxis health but they sent me to someone's voicemail who was supposed to help with with my next step aanndd, no response. I tried to go another route and request for new patient with praxis health (the new management is why my doctor quit), they told me they were not accepting "new patients". I really don't like to give negative reviews, but dealing with this group has been beyond frustrating. Incredibly poor communication, no live person answering phones during regular business hours. With Dr. Miller retiring, I'm very concerned about my parents quality of care.

Absolutely the worst clinic I've ever been to. Rude, unprofessional and impatient staff, dilapidated furniture and smells of mildew. Will definitely be taking my insurance and business elsewhere. Not that it matters to them. ?
