My experience with Willamette Urology, and specifically, with Dr. Rosen has been wonderful. I've found his care to be attentive and proactive in every respect. Yes, they are short staffed, but they do return calls as quickly as possible. The bottom line is I’ve received essential care that I believe has saved my life.
I have seen a couple of the nephrologists here and I'm happy so far.I spent my whole month of October in and out of kidney procedures.These guys have been patient with me and tolerant when I'm slightly cranky even. My doctors have been straight shooter and I personally love that. Efficient with time but, don't make you feel like they have something better to do.Appointments book up fast and now I know why so when they say come back for in two week (for whatever reason), make the appointment before you leave...it's worth the extra minutes to get in as soon as you can
Very helpful getting me set up for the portal. It is a week until my appointment and I have the forms printed and my medications and allergies printed from my PCP…off to the races. LOL
