I was very impressed with how quick i got in to see Dr. Ethan Fram. Check in was quick, very short time in waiting room and the Doctor was very friendly and informative. I was very happy with the whole experience.

I have had my frustrations and challenges with this office. They seem to have far more demand than can be met by a single office of this specialty (only urologists in town). That said, I have found very dedicated people working beyond reasonable expectations to meet the need. I hope for the communities sake and the employees, that things can start to go more smoothly. I am very thankful for the people here that went above and beyond to help with my challenges.

I spent 50 minutes on hold to make a follow-up visit for my recent surgery. There is absolutely no reason for this long of a wait. If they cannot answer the phone within 10 minutes it appears they need to hire more phone help. As for my surgeon, Dr Fram, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job with my surgery. That’s is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of one.
