“The attention that I receive from the upper management is awesome and very warm and respectful even in times when I may be in crisis mode they deal with me very patiently and calm with respect to the situation. I always get answers and they follow through with what they say however the communication between management and scheduling is not so great because scheduling has forgotten to call me when my caregivers are late or a shift has been cancelled. However they are always very polite and friendly I just feel there is a drop in communication between management and care plan needs to who really gets assigned to be my caregiver and the qualifications do not match what I need to have to be properly cared for. I have had to spend numerous hours trying to teach and train these young girls how to properly clean and do laundry etc .. which I feel is a given and for the level of care I need they should already know that example they should know how to load a dishwasher and properly disinfect surfaces routinely and fold or hang up clothing in a suitable manner not just throw it onto a hanger anyway it hangs without falling!
These young girls have no real experience with cleaning properly because they still live at home or just got their own place but they show a strong dislike to properly doing dishes in hot water and they stay greasy and get put in the cupboards like that! They need to be trained better not just by watching a video on line because most of them don't even really pay attention to the video. But for the company as a whole I feel like they really care and try to fix any problems that are going on.”

“Heather is a wonderful caregiver I don't know what I would do without her she does everything that I asked plus and I think she deserves a raise she is kind little and just wonderful to have it even if I don't need anything good she still stays and keeps me company which means a lot cuz I'm here for 20 hours all by myself at her company has become a stable in my day and the Daisy she's here I hope that you don't take her away from me because if you do I will be very unhappy with comfort keepers so have a great day enjoy yourself and we'll talk to you again possibly”
