I just left my first stretching massage and it was fantastic! The motion exercises provide a really deep stretch and now I'm as relaxed as a deep tissue massage but I feel a little more limber. Can't wait to do this again!“

“The cleanest, most professional, and welcoming studio I've ever found. The ancient traditions of this healing practice prevail here. I've been practicing for four decades, and Agni is my home. The following teachers are all wonderful (in alphabetical order): Annette, Brandi, Jophiel, Julia, Justin, Karole, Leah, Roxanne, and Tucker.“

826 SW 2nd Ave, Portland“I was in town visiting family and needed to get my yoga practice in. I searched on Google of local yoga studios and saw that Fuel Yoga Workouts was just around the corner from my hotel. I was able to take two classes during my stay. One was Fuel Flex and the other was Fuel Flow. I didn't read into the descriptions of the classes, but I assumed they were power yoga classes. The first class I took was Fuel Flex 2 with Alex on a Friday morning at 6am. I was expecting an asana practice, but this was far from it. I soon found out that it was more of a sculpt/HIIT class. The only yoga components were during the warmup and cool down. Not complaining though, because I had a blast and the workout kicked my ass. Alex was high energy, and she curated an amazing playlist much needed for the early morning. I appreciated her offerings to modify exercises. The room was heated, but I thought it was very manageable. I didn't feel like I was dying from the heat at all. The second class I took was Fuel Flow with Bri. Now this was more of my cup of tea and what I was looking for in my personal practice. The class was high energy as well and quite challenging, but we gradually worked up to the peak poses through the class. Bri led a very creative sequence, and I felt like she kept me on my toes the entire class.“

1644 SE Clatsop St, Portland“I have taken movement classes and received massage from Anne. She is fantastic! In classes, she explains the movements in a way that is easy to understand and is more than happy to help explain further when needed. When it comes to massage, she explains how pain manifesting in one area can be related to injury or weakness in other areas. It helps to understand how all the parts of the body work together and she will also offer suggestions of things to do to strengthen areas to help ease pain.“

It’s so nice to be able to work out next to my baby and not have to stress about needing to take a break to feed him or if other people will be bothered by an occasional baby noise. 6840 S Macadam Ave, Portland“I love taking classes at Paxson Yoga Center. A friend told me about it years ago when it was Gudmestad Yoga, but it's taken me all this time to start taking classes here. I am on my second term and I know I'll continue for years here. All the teachers are terrific, and I am particularly taken with Hope Fyfield. Hope has a light, humorous and gentle approach, yet her yoga goes very deep. I have seen a lot of change in my practice since I've been taking her classes; she takes me right to the fundamentals and I have gained strength and understanding from her teaching.“

4943 NE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, Portland“I've been a member of Me Fitness for a few months. I joined because I was looking for a low-key and spacious gym with free weights and limited machines. This place has absolutely exceeded my expectations. For starters, the place has ample space set aside for people to stretch or do individual exercises on their own. Most gyms fill up space with machines or ridiculously heavy weights no one uses, but not Me Fitness. Can't applaud them enough for this wise choice. Beyond that, the gym has a nice balance of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. They also appear to have a roster of personal trainers who work with clients on a 1-1 basis, which I know many people would want. They also have fitness classes, including a great looking room for yoga. What's more, the gym is very clean, well-appointed with hand cleanser, the clientele tend to be low-key regular folks from the neighborhood, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This place is a five star rating in my book.“
“I love Meadow! I always recommend her to family and friends. She always listens and I feel so much better after seeing her:)“

5975 SE 52nd Ave, Portland“I've been to a few of their classes now with several diff instructors & every class has been great!! The teachers are all so warm & welcoming & they do a fantastic job at taking us through flows. I feel like there is a good range of intensities throughout the classes. This yoga studio feels so accessible & inviting. I see more diversity in the humans attending classes here which is something that is important to me. I also don't think they charge you a mat rental fee if you forget your mat which is awesome (but I could be wrong about that). Will def continue to come back!“

707 NE Broadway #206, Portland“I stumbled into Near East when the world seemed to pause, and now, it's where I start my days—before five, before anything else happens. Casey has curated a space over the past 20+ years where yoga and life flow seamlessly. He has a way of opening up new perspectives and has helped me to rethink the 'whys' and 'hows.’ I’m eternally grateful for the shifts in my thinking. Want a consistent pranayama practice? Come at 6:30 am. New to ashtanga? He'll teach you. Already have a practice? He'll help you dig deeper. Highly recommend meeting Casey and practicing here.“
