About Seeking Space Yoga

Seeking Space Yoga is a judgement-free and all-welcoming studio that focuses on health and relaxation through mindfulness and movement. The studio is committed to accepting everyone as they are, promoting body positivity, gender, and ethnic diversity. Inclusive and empathetic teaching styles are rooted in the studio's core existence. Classes, such as Alice's 75-minute heated vinyasa and Rachel Brooks' heated gentle vinyasa, offer modifications and options for all levels, making everyone feel welcome and valued. The studio has created a special environment where students can practice yoga, feel balanced, and develop a love for moving their bodies.

    Rachel's leadership at her yoga studio shines through in her classes, where her expert, concise instructions beautifully highlight body movements and sensations. Her guidance creates a supportive environment, making her one of my favorite yoga instructors.

    Alice’s 75 min heated vinyasa is an outstanding class that treats all parts of the body. She offers modifications and options wisely, always mentioning ways to go deeper in postures, or simply drop into a more restful pose. Lucky to have her teaching in my neighborhood.

    It was such an honor to practice yoga on Jahan's last day (hopefully just for a while!). This class is my "church." It won't be the same without Jahan's amazing energy and creative flows. I'm gonna miss her!
