Around 10:45am, I called to make an appointment for a haircut. To my surprise, she was able to see me the same day at 11:30am. On the phone, she asked how long my hair was. I let her know my hair was a few inches below my shoulder. This was a good question on the phone because I know a woman's cut can take longer than a men's cut. But she accommodated me still, which I'm grateful for!When I was there, she listen to what I wanted. I said I wanted a trim, long layers, and face framing. After cutting my hair myself during the pandemic, I was mainly wanting her to fix the uneven and choppy ends.Since I have thick hair, she spent a lot of time making it even, giving me layers,...read full review
