I would highly recommend and will continue going back to her, not only because she is a great LMT and convenient but because she is a great person. I had been having neck issues and reached a point where I didn't care if my insurance would pay for some of it, I just wanted a massage as quick and convenient as possible without having to call anyone to make an appointment. But Katie was amazing and insisted on going out of her way to look into my insurance coverage. I also love the vibe of her place, there is usually a dog and a couple cats there to greet you in the reception room, you can hear the cars roll past outside and the feet of her dog walking around in the living room and for these reasons I feel more comfortable here than I have at any other massage place (i.e. Massage Envy or Zama). Katie is good at communicating effectively, she makes sure the massage is what you were looking for and that the pressure is right.
