As someone who puts my body through intense physical activity with dance and an active lifestyle, finding a massage therapist who truly understands movement, muscle recovery, and injury prevention is incredibly important. Charlotte has an exceptional ability to identify problem areas without me having to explain much. Lovely facility, friendly staff, this is the place to go if you want a quiet, relaxing, rejuvenating afternoon! Dry wood sauna was perfect and the eucalyptus steam room was great. I enjoyed the door opening to the outdoor with the nice weather - the resting space was very comfortable. Love that it isn't too crowded - even on a Saturday afternoon! The reservations and limit on number of people there is perfect for regulating the crowd. It felt very open and not crowded at all honestly. Will definitely come back!
