Transcend Bodywork llc

Aaron is so intuitive! He knows bodies and can help yours to become more aware of itself (with your brains contribution of course. )

I had a wonderful session with Aaron while I was visiting Portland. He was incredibly thorough in his assessment and it was included genuine cooperative conversation to focus on my posture/movement in order to bring my awareness to those patterns. The bodywork itself was comfortable, focused and felt amazing throughout. Aaron focused on particular areas of restriction and congestion, and I felt wonderful ease and fluidity in those spaces after our time together.

Aaron cares a lot and takes the time to target treatment to the areas that need it most. He has supported me through multiple injuries and helped improve the tension in my body. Highly recommend!
