I had such an incredible experience at Ulta and absolutely have to recognize Sahra for going above and beyond. She was in town helping with an event, but still took so much time out of her day to personally help me find the best products for my acne-prone skin.

Sahra gave me a full makeover, walked me through every product she was using, and explained everything so clearly that I left actually feeling confident about recreating the look and caring for my skin at home. She even took the time to go through my current skincare routine with me, listen to my concerns, and make thoughtful recommendations based on what would work best for my skin.

Not Your Mother’s discontinued the shampoo I liked to use and Michelle helped me find a really good replacement that was still in my price range that I was looking to spend. She was so patient with me and you could tell she really cared. Great customer service!! Will definitely be returning. Thanks Michelle

Emily was so helpful! She was sweet and did a great job matching foundation, concealer, and bronzer. She helped me feel confident and relaxed! ☺️ even though they were closing Emily did not rush and it was a smooth process.
