Mandy was so very helpful to myself and my sister. She answered the questions we had and elaborated on the answer with being very professional! We were so lucky with our timing for her first scheduled client was not there and able to spend more time with us. Her energy simply contagious which was so delightful being around. I recently visited this store and, unfortunately, most of the staff did not come across as kind or welcoming. However, Heidi, with the red and blonde hair, was the complete opposite. She was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She treated me with genuine respect and made me feel comfortable in the store.

While Heidi was helping me, another employee interrupted her to ask her to take out the garbage. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrupted our interaction. Not only was it disrespectful to her, but it also interrupted my shopping experience.
