We had a great experience with Tom Leach Roofing when they replaced the complex roof on our century house. Their professional, hard-working team of roofers came on time every day and worked equally well alone and as a team, depending on the momentary requirements. Juan is an excellent team lead, and Jose, Hector, Porfirio, and Pedro all performed their tasks safely and with confidence. The materials and the installation are top-notch. After a hard day’s work, the crew always had the enthusiasm and energy to clean up and leave the work site perfectly free of debris and nails. Aaron and his crew provided us with a fast and complete roof repair. His crew was prompt each day and cleaned up daily. Even if they did fast work, that doesn't mean they forgot anything. They fixed the venting so that those large spaces behind the knee walls won't be ovens this summer. We have a new operating skylight so that we can have air flow and reduce our dependence on air conditioning. Aaron checked in daily and assured that any issues or questions were promptly addressed. In the end, our roof looks great and watertight and we got to work with a good firm.
Roof replacement was done in less than 5 days. Juan and his crew did a great job. They showed up on time and worked non-stop. I never thought I would be excited with a roof replacement, but I am very pleased with the results. Thanks also to Aaron for arranging everything.
