Best Physical Therapy office I have been to. they have helped me through Post auto accident, Post Cancer treatment and major surgery. I am mostly helped by Amy and Mel but have interacted with all others one time or another. Everyone is VERY positive and pleasant. From the check-in to walking out the door till next time everyone you see has a big smile for you and a hearty welcome. Watching the employee interaction it reminds you of a large friend or family gathering. As stated earlier I have been here for different ailments, but the knowledge base of this establishment is fantastic. The front desk ladies are also very knowledgeable and will assist and go above and beyond to work out scheduling and insurance issues. THANK YOU TAI Cedar Hills !!!
This is the second time I have used Therapeutic Associates at Cedar Hills in 4 years.. Both times for total knee replacement. Could not have asked for a better physical therapy facility, and I had been to a few. The facility is clean, well kept, cheerful. The personnel at check in are helpful, professional and friendly. The Physical Therapists and their assciates are knowledgeable, efficient, very professional yet friendly and compassionate. Each has her/his way of making a client feels at ease, assists a client through the exercises as needed, provides encouragement and a listening ear. I have always teased PT as Pain and Torture. I promise you, the personnel here will give you smiles and laughters as well! I rate TACH ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! And highly recommend the facility to any one in need of PT.
Had used this group for a knee problem a few years ago - excellent results. Had been to two other PT's for a shoulder issue - felt like I was flailing around for over 2 years - no results and endless frustration and constant pain. After a doctor recommended shoulder replacement I asked for another round of PT - this time I didn't go with the recommendation they gave me - went back to this group - great results thus far. For the first time in years I feel I'm getting help - real help. Thank you!
