Hands down some of the best massages I've ever had. Stephanie is good which means she's popular and unfortunately I can't see her as often or as quickly as I'd like sometimes. So I just book ahead as much as I can. She's super friendly and welcoming, and her place feels relaxing and safe. Her technique somehow puts me in a deep state of relaxation while she still manages to really get in and work the knots. She's knowledgeable about the body and has recommended several stretches to help me in between appointments. She's fantastic, I adore her, and I'll keep booking for years to come.

Stephanie was great! She was so patient when I was running a little late to my appointment, and when I got there I felt immediately the peaceful ambiance of Body and Soul Massage. Stephanie was kind, respectful and personable during my entire visit. The pressure of the massage was just right, and I really enjoyed the oils and heat treatments used :) Thanks Stephanie! I look forward to my next visit!

I got my partner a gift certificate for the massage, and she liked it so much she made another appointment while she was there. Good experience buying the gift certificate. While I wish they had more hours, I understand why they don't. I'd rather have a great place with limited hours than a lousy place one could get into at any time.
