Based on the reviews, Sunstone Psychiatric LLC has helped many people feel taken care of, safe, and respected. The entire team, including front office staff, has been kind. Parking is easy. The care is exceptional. One provider, Annie Hood, has been a big help for mental health and substance abuse issues. She listens to needs, remembers past discussions, and is willing to experiment with different approaches without pushing anything. Another provider, Dr. Lauren Merrell, is truly extraordinary, competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dominique duBois is a terrific therapist who helped a client find lost values and build a foundation. Clients found no judgment, only ways to understand and accept themselves. One person got rid of a good amount of struggles. While the EHR/telehealth system is a bit cumbersome, staff has been extremely helpful. Overall, clients recommend Sunstone Psychiatric LLC and would not hesitate to go back.
I'm sorry to read that folks have had negative experiences here, I have had nothing but positive interactions with my provider/the staff.
I've been working with Annie Hood for 5 years and she's been such a big help in my journey to manage my mental health and substance abuse issues. She listens to my needs, remembers what we've discussed in past appointments (so I'm never having to re-explain or repeat myself), is willing to work with me to experiment with different approaches and never pushes anything on me.

The entire team has made me feel taken care of, safe and respected. I have been with this group for years and since I initiated care with them, the front desk has been kind, parking has been easy, and the care exceptional. Dr Lauren Merrell is truly extraordinary at what she does. 6 stars if I could!

Anne Hood, my prescriber, was kind and got me the medications I needed, and found some that actually worked better than previous ones. She was informative on the treatment and made sure I was okay with it. Instead of just proscribing a med and checking off a box like other prescribers tend to do. She wanted to help me figure out what worked for me.
Dominique duBois is a terrific Therapist. She helped me find values I lost, and build a foundation I was able to work up from. She's listens and cares about your issues. They both have heard a lot of crazy thing from people, me included, so you'll find no judgement here....read full review
