I've been working with Annie Hood for 5 years and she's been such a big help in my journey to manage my mental health and substance abuse issues. She listens to my needs, remembers what we've discussed in past appointments (so I'm never having to re-explain or repeat myself), is willing to work with me to experiment with different approaches and never pushes anything on me.

I've also always had positive experiences with front office staff etc. One time, I didn't realize my refills were out and Annie was out of the office, but one of the other providers was able to sign off on a refill and I was taken care of quickly.
