Melissa has taken care of me for over a year and I LIVE for my appts with her! I’m a lash tech so my neck and lower back have taken a beating, and she always fixes me. Her studio is calm, and clean. Her talent is evident. Her stretches reset my mind and body like no other. Highly, highly recommend!
Getting a Stretch Session with Melissa was unlike anything I have had before. Her ability to know the limits of my body, without me having to tell her, was the most comforting aspect of the session. I felt energized and ready for my day immediately afterwards!
I went in for my free 15 minute session to see what stretch pdx was all about. I happened to have just exacerbated some major pain in my hips. Just the 15 minute session took me out of pain. I was so impressed by the experience and results. I already purchased a first time client Groupon for a 50 minute session. I will choose stretch pdx over massage and chiropractic in the future now rjat I've experienced the relief of a stretch session.
