Excellent yoga studio; this is a special place that St Johns is lucky to have. The space itself is very high quality, with cork floors and really nice props (all of them - from the blanket options to meditation cushions, sandbags, eye pillows and more). The teachers offer a wide variety of styles, but all share the focus on what benefits each individual body. I find people who come to the studio to be compassionate, respectful, and sincere.
I love this studio so much! I found it last year when I was going trough a big change in my life, and it was my saving grace. Its the most warm and welcoming yoga space I've ever been too. All the classes are accessible for any level. There are no posers or hipsters. It a lovely neighborhood space and the owner and manager live in the neighborhood and care about their community. All the classes are wonderful, but my favs are Wednesday night with Jasmine (hatha flow) Thursday night with Jessica for some Yin yoga and ANY class taught by Austin aka Jai.
I've been taking yoga on and off for almost 30 years, and find Jessica to be a down-to-earth, enormously talented teacher. We feel so grateful to be able to walk to such a wonderful class every Saturday.
