I’ve been looking for a Cobbler for sometime. I live in Sisters, Oregon and was lucky to find Rockwood shoe repair. I have two pairs of boots that were discontinued. I ride a motorcycle so my footwear is very important to me. I went in and met the owner Alexander on a Saturday around 11 PM and to my surprise he said he’d have both pairs of boots done in an hour. When I returned In addition to the repair being done, he polished them up looking like new.I love the old school feel of his place and he’s very kind and charming. Wonderful experience! I dropped off a brand new pair of Uggs that had butter spilled on them. I thought there was no fixing this disaster. He did a wonderful job getting the stains out of them! Also had him refurbish a pair of Docs! Both pairs are in wonderful shape now! So kind, friendly & FAST! Thanks & I will be back
Have had multiple pairs of shoes and boots repaired, resoled, waterproofed etc. and also zips repair d on a couple of suitcases. Always been very happy with the quality of work and the price!
