Andy was amazing from the very first phone call the day after we had a fire in our laundry room. He explained in simple terms without leaving out key details of what was going to be the process to get us back in to the comfort our out home as soon as possible. I had a water leak in my basement that was difficult to locate and ended up causing damage to both the walls and ceiling. Working with Pure Environmental was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
