Sheree the CMA and the provider I saw (they were so efficient that I don't remember her name, so sorry!) were both excellent :) I'm scared of needles but needed a blood draw, and they handled getting all my tests like the pros they are B)
There was plenty of same day appointment availability. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The nurse who checked me in, as well as the doctor were both friendly and gentle and addressed my issue and answered my questions. Very positive experience.
I love this place! The team is incredibly professional. They took the time to explain my symptoms and gave me a clear action plan for next steps and further help. The only suggestion would be to reduce the wait time to under 15 minutes. Apart from that, perfect!
