Izac was great! He arrived right on time, was super fast, thorough and courteous. What a relief to know that my home got a clean bill of health and they did the inspection for free! I would highly recommend them.

Israel did a great job of treating the exterior of my home. The invoice comments stated the overall scope of the work he would do; however, no comments were specific to my home. He refreshed the bait in the rodent bait station, but no mention of whether it showed evidence of rodent activity. No mention of removing webs or treating the shed in our backyard (included in our contract), which leads me to believe he did not inspect/treat it. Overall, I have been very happy with Pointe Pest, but would appreciate relevant feedback from the technician rather than just the generic or template version of comments.

Logan, our technician, arrived on time and was very professional and thorough in completing our home's initial service. After the treatment, he alerted me to an important issue regarding an open foundation vent. The screen cover is missing, and we now plan to get a cover installed before cold weather hits and we end up boarding unwanted critters in our crawl space. My wife and I appreciated Logan's attention to detail and helpful advice.
