Today I had antworks come over and treat for odie ants. We have struggled with them for years. Antworks is a small family oriented company and from the first dealing with them I could tell it was a company worth using for our ant problem. Our tech Rickie was very friendly and knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to educate me as to the process. Rickie was very respectful of the property and the contents and went the extra mile to see that we were satisfied with the service. We will be using them in the future.
We had a pretty big ant issue so I called Antworks. They were quick to pick up the phone and schedule a tech to come out. Ricky showed up when he said he would and got to work. He explained all the treatments clearly and was very thorough. He even suggested a few other things that I should take care of to keep the ants from coming back. Ricky and Antworks are awesome. I highly recommend them!
I found some large ants on my hummingbird feeder, and thought they might be carpenter ants. Rickie visited today, confirmed the type of ants, and sprayed the same day. Service was prompt, friendly and informative. Thanks to both Kayla and Rickie!
