Absolutely best pest control around we had them treat apartment for ants 2 years later we still had no ants and every other apartment could not get rid of them. Today we live on other side of town in our own home and soon as I seen 1 ant my wife and I looked at each other and at the same time said Pete's is the absolute only pest control we will ever use. My work uses a couple different pest control companies and I am working on getting them to switch bottom line there is no other pest control company that can even stand close to the same level as Pete's
Edited the original review but in summary I was charged an inspection fee when they sent a technician for a service they do not provide (I felt I gave enough information over the phone for them to make that determination beforehand).
The company reached out in response to my review and refunded the inspection fee. I respect the fact they were able to be flexible.
I called to get a quote on a Monday morning. Rhonda was extremely helpful. After I received a quote and tons of helpful information I said I would speak with my husband and call back. She explained if we would like to go forward with the service I could simply go online and click the “contact us” tab and fill in the information. They would have a technician call me to schedule. After speaking with my husband we decided to request the service. Within one hour of submitting the request Pete called to schedule. He set us up for Thursday of the same week.
