In August 2021 we needed to have a home we were purchasing inspected. Michael C. from PDX Inspect did an excellent job. He was professional, thorough, but at the same time, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Based on some of the inspection findings, we ended up not buying that home, but did find another one. We hired Michael again, and we had the same experience: professional, thorough, and detailed. Afterward, I emailed Michael two different times with questions about how to fix things found in the report, and Michael responded each time with detailed and helpful answers and suggestions. A month later, my husband emailed him with yet another question, and Michael once again responded with detail. He even remembered that we had mentioned we were traveling out of state the month before, and he took the time to ask us how our trip had been! Along with the personal attention, we also received a very thorough written report with color photos. We highly recommend this company and this inspector.
