Charles and Ian came out to inspect two houses for our nonprofit, and we were extremely impressed with their work. They were thorough, professional, friendly, and competent. They clearly explained what they were inspecting and took the time to answer our questions.
The written report afterward was amazing—extremely thorough, clear, and easy to understand. It gave us a very complete picture of both properties and helped us feel confident about moving forward.
We would highly recommend Charles and Ian to any nonprofit or organization needing a professional, detailed, and trustworthy home inspection.
This is our second inspection with this company. Will definitely use it again.
Nonprofit Home Inspections did a fantastic job inspecting our future townhome. Lee was on time, thorough, and was available for all questions we had on site. We received the report promptly later that day, with tons of detail, and the thermal imaging was a real plus! Thanks again! Would TOTALLY recommend!
