Mika Davies of Murphy Home Inspection did a thorough job of locating and describing all the problems that remained after I had a new roof installed. She was easy to talk with, explaining in nonprofessional language the details of the extensive report and patiently answering all my questions. Call her before you sign a contract with a roofer. Then have her back to check the roofer's work. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
