I've taken many workshops with Stacey and they never disappoint. I learn new things every time and the group of people learning together was delightful. Everyone was so kind and patient with one another. Using the torch and learning how to solder is exciting and Stacey made me feel safe and in control. I learned a few tricks to get a really good seal on my band and you can't see the solder line at all. I'm amazed!! If you have never done this before, it is definitely worth a shot. you'll have a great time and have a beautiful peaceful of jewelry to take home.

I had been eyeing Stacey’s workshops for a bit, then finally decided to attend the statement rings class on the occasion of my birthday. It was such a great gift to myself, because I got to learn a new skill and come home with an awesome personalized ring, that I made! Stacey is an excellent teacher, providing students with all the information we would need to get started metal smithing at home. This 7 hour workshop felt well paced and acceptable for beginners like me. Stacey takes the time to show the group of 4 students how to do each step, then when it’s our turn to solder, she is very helpful and provides the right guidance. I 100% recommend signing up for one of these workshops, I wanted to make me and my partner matching rings and thanks to Stacey’s guidance and expertise, they turned out perfect. I didn’t expect to have so much fun learning something new in a group setting, I will definitely be signing up for another workshop in the future!
