Our family has been using Macforce ever since my spouse dropped her brand new 2012 MacBook when it fell out of her backpack when forgetting to zip it up. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always very knowledgeable about anything Apple. In the last few years, they have become an official Repair station for Apple so you can avoid going to the always snooty and always full of delays Apple stores here in Portland. I’ve been to both of the Apple stores and I avoid them like the plague. In contrast to the Apple stores staff who treat you like you’re an annoyance, Macforce is straightforward and customer savvy.

MacForce was super nice and repaired my Iphone screen that was still under warranty for 5 more days.... They were knowledgeable, efficient and got my phone back to me within a few hours. The shop was clean and pleasant.

They are real honest unlike so many vendors these days. And will tell you if they can do something simple over the counter to help you. You can trust them!
