Jason helped me without even having me come in. I explained my problem with my drive and he was up front in saying he probably can't fix this and that it would cost a decent amount to try to. This did not stop him from providing a consultation over the phone, however, that ultimately helped me save all but 4 photos out of 4000+ from and old iPhone I had backed up.
