Ks and Sons constructions did a horrible job on my Adu they were cutting corners and always arguing and had a lot of questionable characters on the job absolutely do not recommend these people for future work!

Kayo and his crew replaced all of the siding on our home, painted, and redid a covered patio for us. They had good communication, hard workers, and kept within the timeline. We will hire them again for any future needs. Thank you!

KS & Son did a relatively small job for us - fixing a hole that a squirrel had chewed in our roof, and replacing some of the chewed-up wooden trim in a style (and paint color) that matched what we already had. However, since we had to ensure that the squirrel had actually left the premises before the hole could be completely sealed, it wasn't a one-day job. Kayo was patient and helpful. And now that it's fixed up, the squirrels have apparently decided our roof isn't worth it. But if they come back, or if we need a bigger construction job, we'll call KS & Sons again.
