Lee did such an outstanding, detailed, thorough inspection and report it particularly impressed my sister who has a master’s degree in architecture. The report also helped me do a cost analysis of what I would need to invest in the fixer upper I was hoping to purchase and was vital to a successful fix and sell. Lee caught every possible flaw. I wouldn’t consider ever using any other home inspector.

As a realtor, I have had the privilege to work with Lee over the past 10 years as well as have him inspect the homes I have personally purchased. He has always been very thorough, he takes the time to explain the issues he discovers and help point the client in the right direction for items that need additional attention. He is always available for follow up questions and to discuss/reinspect the repairs that get completed. When I work with Lee I am confident there won't be any missed items my clients find after closing.

Lee was the best home inspector we've had in the last few house purchases we've made. He uncovered several items related to our recent house purchase which warranted going back to the seller and asking for considerable concessions, and we were in a strong position, (even in a crazy seller's market) due to Lee's expertise. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again!
