My son made an offer on an older house that had significant remodeling work done and Ted from Post and Pillar did the inspection. We were there during the inspection doing our own deeper look into the house and yard. I was impressed how Ted knew exactly where to look for issues as he worked through the inspection process. If you are looking for an inspector that is professional, extremely thorough and most importantly HONEST, look no further! Chris is amazing at his job, amd is a genuinely good person.
