Ben is a really friendly guy, and I was impressed with his thoroughness. I appreciate that he took the time to explain the difference in the mold inspection services they offer. In fact, based on what I was looking for, he recommended the cheaper option they offer. Felt like they listened to what I wanted vs. just trying to sell me on the premium package. Recommend.
