I've had amazing hairdressers before, but Kim is the best I've ever had. She is a freakin' wizard! The price is like :o :o :o I straight-up left a 100% tip and it was still more affordable than the base price of any other hairdresser that I've trusted before. My friend and I both have super unique hair and Kim is able to handle our manes with ease. Experiences like this are what I love most about Portland!
