10/10 recommend Samantha at Hair M downtown. I had never been to the downtown location and had to get a good haircut last minute and I was lucky enough to find a same day cancellation and booked it. She by far gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever received. She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what to do. Was flawless. I think all the ladies there are amazing from what I've heard, but Samantha has earned a loyal client.

They had a private parking lot so you don't have to pay for parking. A rare treat in Portland. Jessica cut my hair and did a great job! She really listened when I described what kind of cut I was looking for. She was friendly and easy to talk to while also being focused and concentrating on the haircut.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
