Ginger & Maude Hair Salon in SE Portland offers hair services and haircare products in a welcoming environment. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and has such a great vibe. The stylists are fantastic, easy to talk to, and incredibly talented. They provide great experiences with haircuts, color, and scalp massages during washes. Customers love their haircuts and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and gorgeous. The salon offers evening and weekend hours. Highly recommend.
If you’ve ever wanted baby-fine, au-natural “I’ve just been in the sun, thanks!” highlights, the very talented Dakota is the hair artist you’ve been looking for. Also, if another stylist had a different vision than you and screwed up your hair color/highlights to the point that you’re in tears, she can fix that too. She listens but also advises, and at this point (going on 3 years) I trust her judgement and just let her do what she does best. She is truly a hair wizard and is now my stylist for life, plus she’s just an amazing human that you will enjoy talking to as she’s making you look amazing 🤩
Melody at G&M has cut my hair twice. The first after someone botched it. Each time, the next morning, I am SO PLEASED with the new cut! She is lovely, thorough, listens to requests, and very skilled. Highly recommend! 🩵🙏🏻🩵
I recently had a haircut with KAILYN and she saved my life!!! Hair went from weird discolored broke ends lifeless to a PERFECT hot sassy bob for summer!!!!! She ATE. Also genuinely enjoyed our conversation so much<3 Would honestly book again just for the scalp massage during the wash because I haven’t stopped thinking about it!!!
