“Had an overall very pleasant experience with Rick’s getting my new deck put up. A few small issues came up - the office people forgot to include something necessary on the invoice (even though it was in the drawings and part of the plan), and something I was told wouldn’t need additional work during the sales process did need to be done according to the guys working, so there were some add-on expenses to the original estimate, but absolutely no issues about the workmanship or professionalism of the team who came to do the install, and I’m glad they went ahead and corrected the extra thing because they found some rotting plywood during that and replaced it. Andy and Oscar were super polite, I barely knew they were in the yard they were so non-disruptive, and they did really great work. I didn’t get the other two guys’ names but they were also very professional and helpful when I had questions, and I’m very pleased with the end result of all their work. I don’t expect anything to go wrong, but it’s very reassuring to have the guarantee in case it does.”
