Brent (owner) was very communicative from the very beginning. I sought several estimates and Grassroots was comparable with other companies. They started on the scheduled start date and completed the work in a timey fashion. They did a fantastic job on the retaining wall. It is perfectly level and looks beautiful. The finished fence and gates look amazing as well. The final product is exactly what I was hoping for. During the project any issue or discrepancy was immediately taken care of by Brent and his team to ensure I was happy prior to moving on.
