I went in here a few weeks ago to have my glasses tightened and adjusted which I did not even buy here, and the ladies who helped me were phenomenal! Best of all, they did it for free!! They were so sweet, courteous, and friendly that we ended up chit chatting together for several minutes. They’re truly some of the nicest customer service people I’ve ever met. The aesthetic and decor inside is pleasing, and they actually care about your comfort and well-being while waiting in the office. I would definitely come back here for all of my glasses needs. I stopped in late Friday to have my glasses repaired (nose piece had fallen off). Tait fixed my glasses quickly and with a smile. I was delighted with the service, and there was no charge.
I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with healthcare providers and navigating my insurance, especially with vision care. My experience here has been amazing, Charlene and all the staff are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They do such a good job of understanding my insurance and explaining it to me.
