10/10 from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, associate, clinician that helped with the pre exam tests and dr. Jill 🤭we’re all kind, professional & helpful! Wait time was also short, and my exam went fast too. Walked out with updated contact lens & eyeglass prescriptions and the last 2 -4 air optix samples to get me through until my order arrives. Thanks MVS! 🤓🥳
I was able to make an appointment online and within two weeks. Which was an improvement over my previous Doctor's Office. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the exams was new virtual technology and fun for me. The eye glass frame selection was good, a lot of variety. I am pleased with this Office and my experience.
Staff Friendly, answered all my questions & took the time with me so I could understand what was best for my needs. They weren’t pushy to have me buy eyeglasses right away. My OHP insurance covered my eye exam.
