Damar has so few reviews and I imagine this must be because they are old Portland and all word of mouth? Our architect friend born & raised in Portland has a small collection of real estate, so when we needed a new furnace he recommended Damar, he always uses them. Wow, were they EASY to work with. So professional, I felt very comfortable around them and that's not something I can say about every contractor we've signed with. Damar really took care of us, above & beyond, double checked everything, ran stress tests. Damar Heating installed a new heating and AC system after bringing our old and broken heater back to life last winter. Once we ready to install an AC system, we called and received a quote that was lower than others. They were responsive, professional and very conscientious in regards to social distancing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
