Wide selection of hardwood lumber and plywood. They have 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch lumber which is convenient if that's what you need and don't have the means to mill your own to thise sizes. Lots of live-edge options and some exotic wood too. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This is Making It Right in Business

I recently needed maple boards for a CNC project I’ve successfully run several times before with another material supplier. My regular material supplier was 3–4 weeks out, so I reached out to Crosscut Hardwoods. Steve quickly located the material in their Portland warehouse and phoned me back along with sending me photos of the material. I visited their location in Portland and was taken back by the sure scale and selection of wood they had at their facility. There are several other retail hardwood and plywood stores In Portland, but Crosscuts wins hands down. One or two are closer to me, but if I have to have something today, I head here. One other store said they were out of Euro Beech plywood, but Crosscuts had a dozen sheets with well priced solid Beech as well.
