Fantastic customer service in the showroom. Went here to check out tiles for a bathroom remodel and Jenni was SO helpful and attentive to me and everyone who came in. Especially impressive since it was a busy day and it seemed like Jenni was the only one there at the time. We were able to get a couple samples on the spot and came out with some beautiful selections that I'm really excited about. A real win!

I was able to find tile and an aesthetic for my business thanks to Lesley. She was very helpful and Applied her expertise to the concept I wanted. United tile has amazing options, and even though I haven’t ordered the product I know I will go through Lesley to get my needs met. Thanks for the service and time.

Great product selection but a process that is not customer friendly. You can select product in the showroom but you, as a customer need to walk around to the other side of the building to place your order. If In stock you can then go to another door to pick up. So as a customer that's 3 steps and 3 folks to interact with. As an employee the company overexposed their employees to customers. No one person is the ambassador of their brand to the client.
