Justin Tyler did a great job laying the floor in our laundry area. He even gave us suggestions that we liked even better than what we had thought. He was kind, courteous and put up with our barking dog.

Good selection, the staff were helpful trying to match some flooring I was trying to replace before my steps. Unfortunately no flooring stores carried the exact hard wood I had including them and I went to three other places before going to them. But they had the closets selection. Yes pricey, but I got what I wanted/needed from them and the staff after running around Portland hahaha

Floor Factors will go above and beyond to make their customer satisfied. Our carpet was being a bit unruly to install. The owner came out the next day personally to make sure that no details were missed. We will be coming back for all our high end carpet needs.
